2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is strictly used to operate the application's core functionality, such as generating financial summaries, calculating ROI, managing maintenance, sending automated reminders, and delivering push notifications regarding required attention items.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or property data to third parties, nor do we use your data outside the scope of providing this application.

3. Third-Party Services and AI Assistant

To deliver specific functionality, we process data using trusted cloud infrastructure:

• Supabase: Used for database storage, authentication, file storage, and serverless edge logic.
• Anthropic API: When using the AI Assistant feature ("Ask your Property Manager"), your queries and relevant property context are processed server-side via Supabase Edge Functions. Your API key and data are never exposed directly on the device, and data sent to the AI provider is used solely to generate responses to your queries.

4. Data Deletion and Account Removal
