The "Ask your Property Manager" feature uses artificial intelligence to assist you based on the data you enter. AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as formal legal, financial, or tax advice.
The application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the application, including errors in financial calculations, missed notifications, or tenant communication errors.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
