Stop managing your rentals from spreadsheets, texts, and reminders.
Ownerium helps small landlords keep track of their leases and send tenants
the right notice at the right time — automatically.
Ownerium is a Windows desktop application published by the Ownerium team.
It is used by individual landlords and small property-management offices to manage a
handful of rental units without a full property-management platform.
What Ownerium does
Ownerium reads your rental portfolio from a spreadsheet or from records you enter in the
app, then watches each lease for dates that need action and emails a reminder when one is due.
Property & unit tracking — store each property, unit, tenant name,
rent amount, lease start date, and lease end date.
Lease renewal notices — a set number of days before a lease end date,
Ownerium emails the tenant a renewal-response reminder.
Lease notices — Ownerium generates and sends the appropriate lease
notice (for example, non-renewal or end-of-lease notices) based on each lease's dates.
Daily automatic check — once a day the app reviews every unit and sends
only the notices that are due that day. You can also trigger a check manually.
Email history — every message Ownerium sends is logged in the app so you
can see what went out, to whom, and when.
Rent overview — a dashboard summarizing rent and lease status across
your properties.
Your property and tenant data is stored locally on your own computer. Ownerium does not
host your portfolio on a server.
Why Ownerium asks for access to your Google Account
Ownerium sends notice and reminder emails from a Gmail account you choose. To do
that, Ownerium asks your permission to send email through Google on your behalf.
Google data Ownerium requests
Send email on your behalf (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send)
— used only to deliver the lease renewal notices, lease notices, and reminder emails
described above to your tenants, from your chosen Gmail address.
Your email address — used to set the "From" address on those messages
and to show you which account Ownerium is sending from.
How Ownerium uses it
Ownerium composes each notice email from your lease data and sends it through your
Google Account at the scheduled time.
Ownerium only sends messages that you have configured — notice reminders to your
tenants. It does not send anything else.
What Ownerium does not do
It does not read, search, download, or delete any email in your mailbox.
It does not access your contacts, calendar, Drive, or any other Google service.
It does not share, sell, or transfer your Google data to anyone, and does not use it
for advertising or any purpose other than sending the notices you configured.
Ownerium's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.
